Field Facilitator is
responsible for the successful implementation of Mercy Corps’ health program in
Buru District – Maluku in the assigned villages. This includes identify and mobilize local
stakeholders’ supports for the program implementation, facilitate collaborative
strategic planning and implementation with local stakeholders from municipality
down to sub-district levels, ensuring proper technical assistance to build
capacity of local stakeholders to carry out their designated roles in program
implementation, monitor and facilitate improvements in policy implementation,
organization of behavior change campaigns and monitoring and reporting of
program activities.
Qualifications:
· Minimum
1 year experience in community mobilization / empowerment activities;
· Local
resident of Buru District;
· Some
experience in community health projects is an advantage;
· Education
background in medical or public health is an advantage;
· Proficiency
in Microsoft Word and Excel programs is an advantage.
2. Administrative Assistant - REACH
Administrative
Assistant will be assisting financial, procurement, and administrative paper
works required to support the program implementation in Buru.
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of administrative/secretarial experience is required;
* The candidate must have strong communication, English speaking and writing skills.
* Familiar with facilities and code of conduct in Maluku Area, specially the Buru District;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, and other computer program and electronic communication are required.

1. District Coordinator – HATI KAMI
District
Coordinator is responsible for effective government engagement and community
mobilization for timely, target appropriate and high quality implementation of
health program activities at the assigned subdistricts in Jakarta City.
S/he is also responsible for monitoring, documentation and publication of
program activities in the assigned subdistricts.
Qualifications:
§ 2
years experience in project(s) that involved community mobilization and
government partnership;

1. ME Officer - ILFAD
The
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer is a dynamic role on the ILFAD team
reporting directly to the ILFAD Manager and supporting all ILFAD
initiatives. This person is the champion
for ensuring routine, streamlined monitoring that helps the program make
program planning and management decisions. This person will not be the sole ‘keeper’ or ‘owner’ of data, but the champion
and facilitator to ensure that everyone on the ILFAD team is tracking our
progress to ensure maximum impact.
S/he will coordinate with external
evaluators and consultants, and provide monitoring and evaluation technical
guidance assistance to Mercy Corps and partner staff for ILFAD program. She/He has to make sure that M&E systems
and data must be fully integrated with Mercy Corps’ nationwide M&E system,
allowing us to track national objectives through common indicators to measure
progress against the country strategy.
Qualifications:
* Requires a Diploma degree, at least three years working in a professional setting and at least two years’ experience with monitoring and evaluation;
* The candidate should be skilled in qualitative and quantitative M&E methodologies. The successful candidate must have an understanding of statistics, and be able to summarize, make generalizations and predictions from a large data set.
* Experience working with local NGOs or international NGO is preferred but not essential.
* Fluency in English verbal and written communication, organizational and prioritization skills are necessary.
* Computers skills with strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems such as Access are mandatory.

JOB SUMMARY :

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
More specifically the specialist will assist and support the PM in the following activities in the three participating provinces:

Establish relationships with key project GOI and LNGO, CBO and
private partners at municipality levels;
Supervise implementation of all project components in the related
municipalities;
Participate in selection and supervise Urban Community
Facilitators (CF).
Assist the PM and Pokja-AMPLin securing matching funds from
related local GOI, municipal agencies and private sector;
Coordinate, facilitate and supervise the implementation of the
project consultative meetings with municipalities, sub-
municipalities and eligible communities during the urban village
selection process. Facilitate needs assessment in the eligible
areas;
Review and prioritize Letters of Commitment submitted by
communities interested in participating in KOTA project and other
related supporting projects initiated in urban areas by KOTA
project. Assist Pokja-AMPL in the selections of communities
according to the selection criteria and process in an open and
transparent manner;
Determine the training need necessary for the city forums
component and other urban village projects.
Organize regular and annual review meetings with KOTA project key
stakeholders to monitor project progress and develop responsive
actions for the problem developed.
Prepare narrative reports for any other urban project implemented
as a part of KOTA project.
Supervise data collection, entry and analysis for the KOTA
project component.

(Short Term Temporary) who will work closely with government members of the DSF
Management Committee (MC), the government’s DSF Technical Team, and the DSF
Executive towards the effective and efficient implementation of DSF activities
(both recipient-executed and donor-executed).
Terms of Reference
Objectives:
Provides administrative assistance to the DSF Management Committee (MC)
at-large, and assists the DSF MC co-chair (currently based at the Ministry of
Finance) to fulfill duties and responsibilities as co-chair of the MC
Scope of Work / Job Description:
1.Provide administrative assistance and data required to the members of the DSF
MC in regard to DSF programs and relevant decentralization policies
2.Make logistical preparations for key DSF meetings (internal GOI and MC or SC
meetings) including booking of venue, draft invitations, photocopying,
refreshments, media equipment, payments, and other assistance as required
3.Assist with coordination between institutions/agencies involved in DSF,
including circulation of information or meeting materials
4.Regularly consult with GoI officials, donor partners, and their staff to
confirm attendance and encourage participation in DSF activities
5.Develop transcripts of key DSF meeting as required
6.Make translations of DSF documents and products as required
7.Coordinate closely with the DSF Executive administrative team
8.Other duties as required
Expected Outputs/Deliverables:
1.Administrative support for all activities conducted by the DSF Management
Committee
2.Monthly report on DSF MC progress
3.Copies of transcripts, translations, and other DSF documents as required
Time Frame:
Preliminary contract of 3 months (60 days), renewable upon assessment of needs
and satisfactory deliverables
