JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the content
and trainings, and achievements of results and impact of the training programs.
S/He will act as the primary implementer of training-related activities of
Tanoto Foundation programs in Riau/ Sumatera Utara/ Jambi. The incumbent
is responsible for providing program design, monitoring and evaluation and
impact measurement as well as implementation plans and milestones, to ensure
consistency with approved strategies within the entire Tanoto Foundation
Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Conduct
baseline/ Knowledge Attitude & Practices Survey (KAP Survey) and
compile data or information from various sources regarding teacher
capacities and available resources for student-centered learning,
particularly in the areas of reading, language, mathematics, and natural
and social sciences. Ensure the proper socialization of project
activities.
Ensure program planning and implementation is
according to the set strategic plan, logical framework (log frame) and
work plan, and is appropriate for all project sites.
Support
the development and implementation of training materials relevant for
projects and conduct all required trainings in the field.
Together with the Program Managers (PM) and M&E
Coordinator, design a monitoring tool, based on the log frame and
indicators, to ensure that
an appropriate monitoring system is in place, and is being implemented by
the Regional Project Officers (RPOs).
Coordinate
with the PM and Regional Project Manager (RPM) to ensure the targets of
the projects within the designated timeframe.
Advocate with and coordinate closely with
governments particularly education departments, and school staff to
encourage better educational services by them.
Provide
monthly reports to the RPM on the progress made and potential problems.
Facilitate,
control and support any consultants of the projects in the field.
Ensure
the financial administration of the field projects meet the standards of
the Tanoto Foundation system.
Conduct
any other duties that may reasonably be assigned inline with the position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Education or any relevant background.
At least 3 years experience as trainer/facilitator of
teacher trainings on teaching and learning methods
Good communications skills, including negotiation skills
Good interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy,
willingness to listen and respect for beneficiaries
Willing to spend a considerable amount of time in the field
Honest, responsible, self motivated and able to take
initiative under minimum supervision
Able to give helpful directions, detailed instructions and
demonstrations

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, MIS, or
related field. This position needs a thorough
understanding of web technology and the internet Minimum S1 in
relevant field (relevant experience may
substitute the degree).
·
Minimum 3 years
experience working in a similar position in an NGO or an International
organization, specifically in poverty issues/development issues.
·
Candidate with prior experience working with Government of Indonesia
data systems and management level within organization is preferred.
·
Working knowledge of English, both
written and spoken.
·
Strong interpersonal skills
·
Maintain positive working relationships with
others both internally and externally.
·
Managed Working cooperatively and effectively
within others, and able to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary.

General Description
of Role:
Web Administrator is responsible to create
and design TNP2K websites and also responsible to update and maintain the
websites. Web Administrator must
be creative and possess excellent design and conceptual skill in combination
with an in-depth knowledge of technology and software applications user to
create web pages
Responsibilities:
1. Creating artwork to appear on web pages using web page and design
applications including Testing and troubleshooting web pages features.
2. Design and create a consistent and compelling visual style for a TNP2K website
uses Adobe web page and design applications, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash.
3. Installing, customizing, updating and maintaining TNP2K web pages and
sites.
4. Creating and analyzing reports on web activity, number of hits, traffic
patterns and similar performance metrics.
