Caritas Czech Republic is currently
looking for qualified staff to fill the “Administration Assistant” position in
Aceh Barat
The Administration Assistant reports to
District Coordinator and will bear overall responsibilities for providing admin
support in smoothly implementation of EDFF Project and fulfill the following
duties and responsibilities.

Main Duties:
·         Oversee daily operations of the office such
welcoming of visitors, receiving of incoming mail, answering of phones
·         Filling all documents into proper folders
·         Maintain procedures to keep the office running
smoothly. Development of new procedures and forms as necessary, in consultation
with other staff
·         Oversee office maintenance, ensuring that
office is kept clean and in good working order
·         Ensure that the office and its equipment are
in good condition and kept secure, arrange for maintenance and repair as
necessary
·         Handle administrative requirements for major
purchases and rental by obtaining bids from vendors and submitting the
necessary paperwork
·         Arrangement of
vehicle transportation, regular vehicle maintenance 
·         Perform other function-related duties as
needed by the office and
·         Handle all courier documents to Banda Aceh
Office and receiving of package from Banda Aceh Office
 
Recruitment Qualification:
Education          : Bachelor/ Diplomadegree for accounting, business, or economic.
Experience        : 
·        Minimum 3 years experience 
·         Has the experience related to finance
·         Computer literate (MS Office and
Internet)
·         Honest, hard working, responsible, dedicated and self-motivated
person
·         Able
to work in team, flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful
situations and frustrations

Website Administrator at TNP2K-PRSF

An AusAID funded initiative, the Poverty
Reduction Support Facility (PRSF), is seeking highly qualified candidates to
fill in the following positions:

Web
Administrator 



General Description
of Role: 

Web Administrator is responsible to create
and design TNP2K websites and also responsible to update and maintain the
websites. Web Administrator must
be creative and possess excellent design and conceptual skill in combination
with an in-depth knowledge of technology and software applications user to
create web pages



Responsibilities:

1. Creating artwork to appear on web pages using web page and design
applications including Testing and troubleshooting web pages features.

2. Design and create a consistent and compelling visual style for a TNP2K website
uses Adobe web page and design applications, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash.

3. Installing, customizing, updating and maintaining TNP2K web pages and
sites.

4. Creating and analyzing reports on web activity, number of hits, traffic
patterns and similar performance metrics.

5. Providing recommendation for network, server, and related equipment and
software upgrades and improvements; Performing web system backups and recovery
on weekly basis.

6. Creating web user accounts and managing access control based on TNP2K policies.

7. Configuring, optimizing, fine-tuning, and monitoring operating system
software and web servers.

8. Increasing online exposure through search engine optimization best
practices.

9. Monitoring web system security and incoming threats, and responding to
security incidents.

10. Ensuring integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data including prevention
of hoax, virus etc

11. Proactively gathering information related to poverty issues and poverty
acceleration policy upon approval of Executive Secretary;


12. Monitoring TKPKD feedback and responding to local government inquiries.

13. Provide information flow reports to head of data and information

14. 
Undertake other duties as required



Required
Qualifications: 

· 
Available immediately

· 
Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, MIS, or
related field. This position needs a thorough
understanding of web technology and the internet Minimum S1 in
relevant field (relevant experience may
substitute the degree). 

· 
Minimum 3 years
experience working in a similar position in an NGO or an International
organization, specifically in poverty issues/development issues.

· 
Candidate with prior experience working with Government of Indonesia
data systems and management level within organization is preferred.

· 
Working knowledge of English, both
written and spoken. 

· 
Strong interpersonal skills

· 
Maintain positive working relationships with
others both internally and externally.

· 
Managed Working cooperatively and effectively
within others, and able to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary.

· 
Excellent time management skills, have
capacity to prioritize by assessing situations to determine urgency.

·
