UNFPA is looking for well-qualified Indonesian Professionals for the
following position: *National Programme Officer – HIV/AIDS
(VA/FPA/NPO-HIV/2012)***

*Qualifications:*

- Master’s degree (preferable) or bachelor’s degree in psychology,
sociology, public health, development studies, other related social
sciences; or Medical degree.

- Minimum three years (master degree) or seven years (bachelor degree) of
professional experience working on HIV/AIDS prevention and/or care
programmes including project management.

- Knowledge of and/or practical experience in the area of organization and
delivery of training programmes in the field of HIV/AIDS, would be an asset.

- Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a
multidisciplinary and multi-cultural team.

- Well-developed communication skills to liaise, negotiate and advocate
with key stakeholders including with other implementing agencies.

- Fluency in oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Ability to write reports and reviews and conduct presentations by
clearly formulating positions on issues and defending recommendations.

- Proficiency in current office software applications.
