International Organization for Migration (IOM) Indonesia is seeking to
fill vacancies in the `Management and Care of Intercepted Irregular
Immigrants Project – Phase II. The objective of this project is to
strengthen the capacity of the Directorate General of Immigration
(Imigrasi) to provide for the effective management of irregular
immigrants through improvement of quarantine facilities. Interested

1. Quality Assurance / Quality Control & Planning Engineers
(SVN/ID10/2011/050).

Responsible for site supervision, planning, project controls,
monitoring and reporting functions relevant to quality assurance /
control and planning. A minimum of five years field experience with
large commercial and / or semi-commercial building projects. University
degree in engineering and / or technical college and relevant project
planning and scheduling training and experience in Indonesia. Sound
knowledge of project management, evaluation and project controls. Good
knowledge of Indonesian SNI codes and standards is mandatory. Good
knowledge of English and Bahasa.

2. Civil & Structural Site Engineers (SVN/ID10/2011/051).

Responsible for site supervision, planning, project controls, monitoring
and reporting functions relevant for civil and structural work
activities. A minimum five years C&S site supervision and project
management experience with large commercial and / or semi-commercial
building projects. University degree in civil engineering with a
combination of relevant project management training and field experience
in Indonesia. Sound knowledge of project management, evaluation and
project controls. Good knowledge of Indonesian SNI codes and standards
is mandatory. Good knowledge of English and Bahasa.

3. Mechanical & Electrical Site Engineers (SVN/ID10/2011/052).

Responsible for site supervision, planning, project controls, monitoring
and reporting functions relevant to mechanical & electrical work
activities. A minimum of five years M&E site project supervision and
project coordination experience with large commercial and / or
semi-commercial building projects. University degree in mechanical and /
or electrical engineering and field experience working in Indonesia.
Sound knowledge of project management, evaluation and project controls.
Good knowledge in Indonesian SNI codes and standards is mandatory. Good
knowledge of English and Bahasa.

4. Administrative & Finance Assistants (SVN/ID10/2011/053).

Responsible for the administrative, budgetary, reporting and financial
functions of the sub-offices in accordance with IOM rules, regulations
and procedures. University degree preferably in accounting or business
administration with a professional certification as chartered accountant
or certified public accountant, or alternatively an equivalent
combination of relevant training and experience. Minimum three years of
finance / accounting and administrative experience. Fluent in English
and in Bahasa. Terms of Reference available on website.

5. Procurement Assistants (SVN/ID10/2011/054).

Responsible for procurement activities including obtaining quotations,
tendering, purchase and delivery of office supplies and equipment and
providing project logistics / procurement and administrative support to
the sub-offices. Diploma in business administration, management or,
alternatively, a combination of relevant education and experience. At
least three years experience in procurement, logistics and
administration. Fluent in English and in Bahasa. Terms of Reference
