HR & GA Manager



General requirement:
·  Education  : University degree

·  Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant occupational experience

·  Complexityof  tasks :Independent management of a complex area with alternating tasks. High demands concerning conceptual-creative thinking and self-initiative. Taking over advisory and/or coordination functions (with support of the supervisor), dealing with a wide range of cooperation partners at senior level

Human Resources, include :
-       Preparation and selection
-       Development and evaluation
-       Compensation and retention
-       Career path
General Affairs, include :
-       Legal (expat formalities, office, work agreement)
-       Procurement
-       Administration
-       General services (travel arrangement, medical, office, vehicle and equipment)
